Find the Self-Assurance You’re Seeking

Are you a female CEO or executive who feels like you’re showing up in your company as two different women?

One where you know exactly what you want, where you’re headed and how you’re going to get there. The other where you question your ability to hold your own in presentations or important meetings … losing confidence in yourself when it really matters.

I understand. I’ve been there.

With focus and determination I worked my way to the top of my industry, as a CEO of a $34mm organization. As my responsibilities and job title expanded, my belief in my abilities was tested. At times, I found myself stumbling through the important presentations, feeling my heart beating in my ears, taking deep breaths trying to find my center, fiddling through my notes, losing my train of thought.

Believing, for sure, everyone was wondering what I was doing there.

It was frustrating. I was prepared, I knew who I was. I was good at my job. I was running multi-million dollar businesses for goodness sake.

I didn’t enter into my career that way. The lack of confidence grew over time. I didn’t understand what was happening.

The women I work with are struggling with self-assurance in their leadership role. They shine one on one with their team, but when it comes to meetings with potential investors, or presentations with all eyes on them, they get in their head. They miss the opportunity to close the deal or land the new client.

If you’re still reading, my guess is, this has happened to you. It’s the secret you don’t want to share. Every time it occurs it feels like you’ve not only let yourself down, but your entire team and organization too. It certainly doesn’t help build your confidence going forward.

You’ve accomplished so much in your career.

Why do you shrink in a room full of big personalities?

Understanding yourself and what drives your choices and thoughts can be your business and leadership superpower.

What’s keeping you from showing up, when it really matters, as the capable, confident woman you know yourself to be?

It’s not anything you’ve been doing. You haven’t suddenly become unqualified for the position you hold.

Here’s what’s really going on.

Let’s face it, there’s still a bias toward women in positions of authority. I encountered it throughout my career. I wish I could say my CEO title or the fact that I was running a $34 million dollar organization made a difference in this area. It didn’t.

The more influence and power you have as a female leader, the more likely you are to encounter pushback and bias. We haven’t resolved this for female leaders … yet.

Everytime you encounter some form of bias, harassment or pushback, it subtly chips away at your confidence and self-assurance. Whether it’s blatant or sneaky, you feel it, energetically. It becomes part of your story.

No one wants to stay in that experience. Most women don’t know how to handle it, so they let it slide, if they’re aware it’s happening at all.

As it keeps occurring, you begin to question yourself, wondering if it’s just you. Maybe you’re no longer in the right job. Maybe you’re imagining things. You start to doubt what you’re feeling. The uncertainty, self-doubt and insecurities grow from there.

I’m here to tell you, this is a solvable problem.

You don’t need to walk away and you need to resolve it, because even if you decided to leave, the wounds will go with you.

It’s not easy to overcome unless you can spot it when it’s happening and determine, in that moment, how to handle it. It’s a learned skill that requires you to trust what you’re receiving and master the inner game.

That’s where I come in.

Why work with me?

I’ve been exactly where you are. I’m intimate with the deeper reasons you’re second guessing yourself and feeling insecure.

I understand it from the inside out.

I’ve resolved it for myself and my clients as well.

I’ve successfully run businesses with annual revenue ranging from $250 thousand to $34 million. I’ve worked with small teams of eleven as well as large teams with 215 employees and nine direct reports. I’ve built two separate businesses from the ground up and co-owned a third.

I’ve worked privately with founders of startups to managers and executives at some of the top companies around the world, including Deloitte Consulting, AIG, Hermes Financial Management, and Cali’flour Foods, to name a few.

I combine my background in business and management with years of self-development and spiritual work to help you break through the noise and insecurities.

My work is designed to give women in the business world the skills, tools, and clarity to confidently stand in their power, show up fully and shine.

When you work with me, you’ll stop questioning yourself and learn to expertly identify and question what you’re feeling. You’ll become the woman who trusts what she’s intuiting, and says what needs to be said, even when it’s uncomfortable or scary.

You’ll have the confidence and clarity you’re seeking.

Along the way you’ll find an unwavering reliance on your inner guidance and voice. You’ll find self-assurance, fulfillment and yourself. The clear, grounded and centered self you can feel in your heart.

What’s possible when you trust yourself, without question?

Everything!

“All the sh*t I came to you with is GONE. All the work we’ve done – I know it’s gone, but once you start realizing that you’re not responding or reacting the same way that you used to, it’s like, Oh, It’s not there anymore. I worked on all this stuff before, but it wasn’t fully gone, I feel so good.”

Working with Kelli is the best decision I could have made. Ever. From the first time we got on a call, everything just clicked. She is one of the most honest, heart felt, encouraging, and knowledgeable people I know.

Before working with her I had no idea what I wanted to become, let alone even do with my life. She gave me the courage I needed to make sometimes hard decisions that have rocked my world for the better. She was there with me every step of the way and eased any discomfort/hesitations I could have had.

Not only was I able to start my business, but I even got clients within a few weeks. The massive changes I’ve made and transformation I’ve gone through is beyond astonishing. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to give her the recognition she deserves.

Working with Kelli helped me to find myself. I learned to value and trust what I already intuitively know.

She provided gentle, loving support and guidance without any judgement. She asked the hard questions and held the space for me to find and answer them for myself.

The time I invested with Kelli has radically changed my life. I never imagined when we started working together that I would be out of my relationship, sell my house, buy a home in a new town, and grow my business all at the same time!

Kelli has become more than an intuitive guide and mentor. She has become a dear friend who I am honored to know and love. Thank you, Kelli for giving me my life back!

Kelli will help you connect the dots between your head and heart, using a well-constructed and well-supported program. You do the work; she helps you find the insights that prevent you from taking the next steps toward your (achievable!) goals.

The program will work for you if you do the work. I would not have gotten the work done if I had just read her book.

Kelli helped me to reprogram with the way I approach my day, my challenges, my desires and my life. I’ve always been an outcome based, goal oriented person, and usually found confusing and sloppy ways to get there, if I ever really got there!

I am so thankful that I said YES to working with her. The work we did really transformed my business and even more so changed my inner landscape. I felt a sense of renewal, hope and excitement with the tools I gained in my work with Kelli. Kelli has a gift to share with all of us, I am grateful she’s part of my life and my journey!
